You need to move. Your body, circulatory system and spine are meant for movement! Being cooped up all day is not good for us. With that in mind here are some simple movement drills that you can do to help with your overall mobility. You can do these upon waking, as a warm up to you exercise, or really at any time of the day. Give them a try on carpet, a folding mat or anywhere you can find comfort. Bottom line, give them a try.

Krav Maga got him going and then he continued to do Krav Maga as he started weightlifting and taking BJJ at our facility. Quite a changeover.
